Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
1. Introduction
This policy explains how Tetrahedron Group Ltd, trading as Infinity Leads ("we", "our", "us"), collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information through infinitypestcontrol.co.nz, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. It is general information rather than legal advice.
Infinity Pest Control is a matching service. We do not carry out treatments ourselves, which matters for what follows: passing your enquiry to a technician is the service, not an afterthought.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following personal information:
- Name, phone number, and email address (via quote forms and contact forms)
- Property address and type (for service delivery)
- Pest problem details you provide
- Website usage data (via cookies and analytics)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Match you with one licensed pest control technician covering your area and your pest
- Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
- Improve our services and website
- Send follow-up communications related to your pest control service
4. Sharing Your Information
For a quote request, we share your contact and property details with the single vetted technician your enquiry is matched to, so they can contact you and quote. Your enquiry is not sold to several competing companies at once, and we do not sell or share your details with a broader list of businesses.
We also use third party service providers, such as our form processing and hosting infrastructure, to operate the site. They handle data on our behalf and only as needed to provide that service.
We do not share personal information with the other sites in the Infinity network (infinityleads.co.nz, infinitytreecare.co.nz, infinitysecurity.co.nz, infinitypainters.co.nz, infinitylife.co.nz, infinitybathrooms.co.nz) unless you have separately submitted information to one of those sites directly.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and to improve your browsing experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your Rights
Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
Once your enquiry has been passed to a technician, that business holds its own copy of your details and is responsible for it under the Privacy Act in its own right. Requests about what they hold need to go to them.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
